This is the first time I have properly moved into a rented property, and was nervous with all the upcoming paperwork and formal affairs that go hand in hand with a move like this. I had never dealt with an estate agent before as my previous residence was an informal affair found on Gumtree, so with the connotations associated with Estate Agents, I was slightly dubious.
This mystique was shattered the first time I spoke to Marc whilst viewing the property, and from there on in, I cannot express the level of customer service I have received. I myself work in the retail sector and I can easily say Marc bent over backwards to help with all of my questions (a lot at times) but with the professionalism the likes of which I have never seen before.
I am unbelievably happy with my accommodation and this was all down to Marc, to which I would like to say thank you for everything. If anyone has any speculation on who to rent/buy from within the Cheltenham area, I will urge you to use Read Maurice and you will experience a pleasant and hassle free move as I have.
