It provides three separate areas for sitting, dining and entertaining. The sitting room also has an open fireplace with inset living flame basket. The kitchen is fully fitted with the family room area bathed in natural light from a full width glazed window with double doors leading to the courtyard.
There is also a useful utility room. On the first floor the Master Bedroom has an en suite shower room. The family bathroom has been refitted and the second bedroom will comfortably fit a double bed.
The rear garden was professional designed and landscaped to offer maximum enjoyment with the minimum of maintenance. It also has gated side access onto Hatherley Street.
The vendors have recently invested in a number of notable improvements which include the re-tiling of the roof and repair to all the parapet flashings, replacement central heating boiler and exterior redecoration.
Viewing the property was good.
The subsequent incorrect email reflecting our offer was shoddy. The attitude of both Chloe and Maurice on the phone was rude and insincere when I rang to discuss the error made by Chloe. The follow up email again had the incorrect offer in the title of the email. No attention to detail. Poor service when managing vast amounts of money.
