Before marketing your property we are required by law to obtain certain documents and proof of residency and ownership. We will require you (or your representative) to send these to us before we can commence marketing. You can upload these via our secure platform or if you prefer call in to our offices at 48 Andover Road, Cheltenham and we will be able to take copies of these records for you.
