We do not look for any old tenant but devote our time to finding the right tenant, making sure that they are thoroughly referenced including their financial, employment and credit statuses. Only when we are completely satisfied with the tenants application will we recommend their acceptance.

As part of our Fully Managed Service, we arrange for a professionally compiled inventory of the property’s contents and condition, carried out by an independent inventory company. This will give you an accurate written and photographic snapshot of your rental property, including its interior condition, decorative order, fixtures, fittings, meter readings and any contents.

Furthermore, we will carry out regular inspection reports to help protect your investment. We have invested heavily in qualifications for our staff. As members of the Propertymark , The Deposit Protection Service and the Property Ombudsman, we provide a wide range of safeguards for our customers.
