I bought my lovely new home via Reed Maurice after an extensive search and three false starts. I know everyone says everything happens for a reason. In my case this was very true. My new home is perfect, far more so than the first one I fell in love with, which broke my heart when the sale fell thru.

Chloe was my initial contact at RM. Patient, positive and eternally pleasant she really listened to what I wanted and would proactively call me with suggestions.

So much so that the home I eventually bought was in an entirely different area of Cheltenham that I had not considered, but the house was a perfect match to my wish list and Hatherley has exceeded my expectations. Quiet, beautiful views, well kept properties and good connections into central Cheltenham. Or a short cycle. I’ve lost 1/2 a stone without trying.

Martin was the main contact through the purchase. He’s very hard to read as he is thoroughly professional, no nonsense and rarely betrays his own views or emotions. Making him a level head, trusted advisor and entirely straight forward to deal with.

The only reason this review is not a 5 is that another member of the team did a bit of unnecessary “mansplaining” to me about what “best and final” means. However this didn’t detract from an overall brilliant experience.
